Flaviu is an amazing human and a great mentor. He's contributed so much to my professional growth in the nearly 2 years that I've known him. He's always willing to help including digging through his network to provide support when needed. Observing his approach really helped shape my understanding of business, especially around how to play nice while maintaining a clear intent to win. Flaviu is the kind of person who walks into a room and fills it completely with his light, his smile, good heart and love. Growing up together in northern Transylvania, we were blessed with an incredible grandmother: strong, yet with an open and loving heart for all living things; simple, yet with an incredible amount of knowledge and wisdom; often silent but saying so much. Flaviu carries her values and heritage forward beautifully. I see her love and dedication to all the children around her in Flaviu with his own children today. Flaviu, you are a wonderful role model to so many people, myself included. Thanks to you, I am trying to be better, kinder and stronger every day.
